IPEMA provides a product certification program for public play equipment and surfacing materials. The program validates a participant’s product(s) to one or more of the standards referenced here. Yes. We have been tested for the ASTM critical fall heights and are approved. We are certified commercially for a 16′ fall with a 6″ depth of our 3/4″ Kinder Mulch. We are certified residentially for a 10′ with a 4″ depth of our 3/4″ Kinder Mulch.
Yes. Our products are ADA approved for wheelchair accessibility.
Rubber mulch is non-biodegradable.
Yes. However, you will need a truck that can handle the weight of 2,000 lbs. (more or less depending on how much you purchase). Make sure to bring bungee cords or straps to secure the super sacks (we DO NOT provide these items). There is a $75 loading fee for any non-commercial vehicles.

All of our rubber mulch is delivered on a skid and cannot be off-loaded by hand. Therefore all deliveries will be made via the following instructions:
Orders of 8 or less will include:
– Liftgate delivery with offloading via pallet jack onto a flat paved surface
– Curbside delivery – shipment is dropped off at roadside or at the end of a driveway
Orders of 9 tons or more customers must either:
– Provide their own equipment capable of unloading the skids off of the delivery truck
– Split up the order into multiple shipments using lift-gate trucks and have the rubber mulch delivered curbside
We will not guarantee a time frame on delivery.
