This website is operated by Recycled Rubber Products, LLC. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Recycled Rubber Products, LLC. Recycled Rubber Products, LLC offers this website, including all information, tools and services available from this site to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies and notices stated here.
By visiting our site and/ or purchasing something from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions (“Terms of Service”, “Terms”), including those additional terms and conditions and policies referenced herein and/or available by hyperlink. These Terms of Service apply to all users of the site, including without limitation users who are browsers, vendors, customers, merchants, and/ or contributors of content.
Please read these Terms of Service carefully before accessing or using our website. By accessing or using any part of the site, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions of this agreement, then you may not access the website or use any services. If these Terms of Service are considered an offer, acceptance is expressly limited to these Terms of Service.
Any new features or tools which are added to the current store shall also be subject to the Terms of Service. You can review the most current version of the Terms of Service at any time on this page. We reserve the right to update, change or replace any part of these Terms of Service by posting updates and/or changes to our website. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for changes. Your continued use of or access to the website following the posting of any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.
MODIFICATIONS TO THE SERVICE AND PRICES
Price for our products are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part or content thereof) without notice at any time.
We shall not be liable to you or to any third-party for any modification, price change, suspension or discontinuance of the Service.
ERRORS, INACCURACIES AND OMISSIONS
Occasionally there may be information on our site or in the Service that contains typographical errors, inaccuracies or omissions that may relate to product descriptions, pricing, promotions, offers, product shipping charges, transit times and availability. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions, and to change or update information or cancel orders if any information in the Service or on any related website is inaccurate at any time without prior notice (including after you have submitted your order).
We undertake no obligation to update, amend or clarify information in the Service or on any related website, including without limitation, pricing information, except as required by law. No specified update or refresh date applied in the Service or on any related website, should be taken to indicate that all information in the Service or on any related website has been modified or updated.
All of our products must be picked up at our manufacturing facility located at 175 S Des Plaines St., Joliet, IL 60436. All pickup orders will be charged a $50 loading fee for noncommercial vehicles. All lose load pickups will be charged $30 per ton.
We are not responsible or liable for any damages from loading the order into the customer’s vehicle.
All of our rubber mulch is delivered on a skid and cannot be off-loaded by hand. Therefore, all deliveries will be made via the following:
ORDERS OF 8 OR LESS WILL INCLUDE:
-Liftgate delivery with offloading via pallet jack onto a flat paved surface
-Curbside delivery – shipment is dropped off at roadside or at the end of a driveway
ORDERS OF 9 TONS OR MORE CUSTOMERS MUST EITHER:
-Provide their own equipment capable of unloading the skids off the delivery truck
-Split up the order into multiple shipments using lift-gate trucks and have the rubber mulch delivered curbside (see “Curbside delivery” for more information)
Our product is shipped Free on Board from Joliet, IL. It is very important that you thoroughly inspect the product for any damages or missing items that may have occurred during transport. Any damages that are discovered must be notated on the bill of lading/delivery receipt that you sign. Have the driver initial any damage report and be sure to obtain a copy of this delivery document. Failure to document any transportation related damage may result in delays or even the inability for us to send you replacements. We must be notified within 2 business days of delivery of any damages or missing items.
While we work closely with our carriers to assure timely shipment of your order, delivery times are NOT guaranteed, and various factors can impact the carrier’s ability to deliver within the expected time frame. These factors include:
- your location in relation to our warehouse
- the carrier’s equipment
- other unforeseen events that may delay shipping times
Deliveries refused, including those due to late deliveries on the carrier’s behalf will be refunded minus all incurred shipping costs, which may include, but is not limited to, shipping costs to and from the respective delivery address.
We does not accept returns.
All orders must be canceled prior to shipment. Once the product leaves our facility, the order cannot be canceled.
Refunds can take up to 3 weeks to process. Refunds will be applied to your original payment method. If you purchased by cash or check, a check will be sent to the customer’s billing address.
We warrant our products not to decompose or have total color loss for a period of 12 years from the date of purchase. If total color loss occurs within the 12-year period, a claim form must be filled out and emailed to email@example.com, and a sample of the product must be mailed in to us for further evaluation. After being evaluated, if the color has been completely lost, RRP will replace the product. At the end of the twelfth year, the warranty is terminated and RRP is no longer responsible for replacing the product.
We warrant KinderMulch ¾”, Premium KinderMulch ⅜” and Shredded KinderMulch rubber mulch products to be 99.9% free of trapped metal by weight.
We have no obligation to supply replacement product unless the customer provides (1) reasonable evidence that the product has failed within the years of warranty, and RRP has done an evaluation of the failed product, (2) provides to RRP the proof of purchase, including, but not limited to, invoice of product (3) has used product for the products intended use only, (4) pays all shipping, removal fees and installation cost of disposing or replacement product, and (5) notifies RRP in writing during the warranty period that the product has failed to meet the warranty.
These are the terms and conditions for Recycled Rubber Products, LLC. No other warranties or policies than what is stated herein apply.
